Operator Identity
BenchmarkHQ is a product built by Eugene C. Posniewski and operated by Dynakai Industries LLC.
Payments are processed by Polsia on behalf of Dynakai Industries LLC. Polsia is the merchant of record and appears on your payment statements and receipts. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Polsia.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and subscribing to BenchmarkHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Membership and Billing
Membership is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your access continues until then. Payments are processed by Polsia on behalf of Dynakai Industries LLC.
Refund Policy
No refunds once subscription access has been granted. You may cancel anytime, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Polsia as the merchant of record. To request a review of an exceptional circumstance, email support@rubato-pgzy.polsia.app.
Content License
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and read benchmark reports and analysis. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish content without written permission.
Data Accuracy
BenchmarkHQ benchmark data is aggregated from public sources and provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but data should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of data.
Acceptable Use
You may not use BenchmarkHQ to scrape, republish, or create derivative commercial products from our content. One account per person — sharing credentials is prohibited.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@rubato-pgzy.polsia.app.
Limitation of Liability
BenchmarkHQ and Dynakai Industries LLC are not liable for business decisions made based on our content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
