BenchmarkHQ is operated by Dynakai Industries LLC. Payments are processed by Polsia on behalf of Dynakai Industries LLC — Polsia is the merchant of record and appears on your payment statements and receipts.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We also collect payment information — payments are processed by Polsia (using Stripe) on behalf of Dynakai Industries LLC. We never see or store your card details.
How we use your information
- To authenticate you and provide access to membership content
- To process your subscription payments via Polsia/Stripe
- To send you transactional emails (receipts, account updates)
- To improve our product and content
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Polsia and Stripe for payment processing and do not share with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is necessary for the service to function and is cleared when you log out.
Data security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard measures to protect your account data.
